More snow please.

Is the winter gone? The last hours we got some snow, but only ca 10cm down at the Canoe Centre in Risviken. To the north in Glaskogen there are some more centimetres but not enough for Cross Country Skiing or hiking with snow Shoes. More to some the following days and it look like it will be a good deal lover temperature so the larger lakes can free and we can start ice fishing.

I remember a time years ago when I was up in Northern Greenland near Qaanaaq north of Thule Air Base on a long dog sledge tour with Inuit’s. The picture is from this tour in Kalaallit Nunaat.
