Some info about the Moose hunting season in Nordmarken.

Now some 40 days before the Moose hunting start in Nordmarken. The second Monday in October thousands of hunters will be out early in the morning and will spend 5-7 days of hunting have been around this late August several times and have seen lots of Moose’s on specific places and in other area there is none to be seen. We can for sure see the effect of the wolf pack we do have near us in Nordmarken. I have only seen one Moose cow with twin calves until now and that´s not normal for this area. Some calf’s is small and they are probably born late in the spring.
