Almost end of season
All good things have an end. Today 31th of August the last group from Travelbase arrived. They will be out in Nordmarken for a full week on canoe tour. Before start there are several information how to behave in nature, how to paddle, that there is a fire ban and it’s only allowed to have a small fire on the approved camps in the DANO area and a lot more.
In the coming week weather will be OK but no what we call Indian summer. This week there will also be a team from Travelbase who will check the maps and an info book all people are given before start. It will be updated before next season.
We also started to oil paddles and clean safety wests for the coming season.
