Abstinence .

I have some abstinence. Snow gone, almost all ice gone and warm weather. Can’t be worse. For me as on old outdoor and almost a Mountain Man I was waiting for real winter. Sitting now warm and dry near the fire in the timber house at Nordmarken Canoe Center I have to look at old photos from an expedition I made to North West Greenland, north of Thule Air Base and north of Qaanaaq.

Inuit, sledge dogs, sun, cold weather and lots of is. I want to go back for a new tour. The photo is from the mountain deep in the bay south east of Qaanaaq, Inglefield Bay.
